Good quality, but shipping confused me
Compared to some other places like Hackett London, the quality here is really good, got myself a Marcella Shirt and it's lovely. but the whole international shipping thing is a bit unclear on the site, I had to dig around to figure it out.
Good quality, but a bit slow
I was really impressed with the quality of my Made to Measure Suit from Oliver Brown – the fabric and fit are excellent. However, the lead time for bespoke tailoring is quite long; it took nearly 10 weeks to get my suit, which was a little frustrating when I needed it sooner. I also picked up a nice Pocket Square, which was ready to go.
Good quality, but fitting was tricky
I was looking for a classic Fur Felt Top Hat and Oliver Brown came up in my search. The hat itself is beautifully made and exactly what I was hoping for. The quality is definitely there. Everything was packaged well, no damage. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the tracking, though it took a day for them to get back to me. Overall, a solid experience, just wish delivery was a touch faster.

Oh my goodness, I just received my Dinner Jacket and it's absolutely brilliant! The material is luxurious and the cut is just perfect. I felt amazing trying it on. It arrived super fast, too, only 4 days to get to my place in New York. I'm so impressed with the craftsmanship and the whole buying experience. Definitely shopping here again for any formal events.
